National Flight is offering those operators affected by the recent Twin Commander Alert Service Bulletin 237 a free 150 Hour Inspection*, during compliance with this bulletin.  National Flight has been a Twin Commander Service Center for over 30 years.  Personnel from both our locations; Toledo, Ohio and Lakeland, Florida have attended the Twin Commander approved training at Flight Safety in Bethany, Oklahoma. 

National Flight Services is standing by with a complement of factory-trained technicians to assist you in complying with this Service Bulletin.

Twin Commander 690, 690A, & 690B Service Bulletin 237 Compliance Chart
Service Bulletin Number Compliance Time
Service Bulletin 237 Part I Initial inspection must be performed within the next 150 hours TIS or one calendar year, whichever occurs first. Service Bulletin 182, "Wing Fastener Modification" is required at this time if not previously complied with. CK-150,"Lower Wing Access Hole Kit " must be installed at this time if not previously complied with. Service Bulletin 217, "Engine Nacelle Firewall Reinforcement" is highly recommended to be complied with at this time if not previously complied with.
Service Bulletin 237 Part II - Option D If Light or No Significant Corrosion Damage is found on the aluminum wing skin, the airplane must be modified with replacement upper steel straps (Part II, D) prior to further flight.
Service Bulletin 237 Part II - Options A, B & C If Moderate or Severe Corrosion Damage is found on the aluminum wing skin, replacement of the upper wing skin AND straps is required prior to further flight. Option A is the short skin option, Option B is the middle skin option and Option C is the long skin option. Damage will determine the option required.
